Headz n Threadz stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Headz n Threadz products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Headz n Threadz takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.


Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Headz n Threadz does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Double-check this form for accuracy. By signing below you acknowledge that you want the items designed as detailed. Refunds will not be issued if the product is produced as requested. Items not purchased at Headz n Threadz are welcome; However the Company is not responsible for any damage or error to those items.

Headz n Threadz will not be responsible for damages to your personally submitted garments or articles. Accidents areextremely rare, but may happen. The Client agrees that HNT shall not be liable for replacing or repairing any Items supplied by the Client that are damaged during the embroidery process. HNT reserves the right to refuse Client supplied Items that the Seller deems to be unsuitable for the embroidery process. The Client is responsible for ensuring their own Items are free from any defects and flaws prior to delivery to the Seller. We will not be held responsible for replacement of any damaged or unrepairable garments due to accidental machine malfunction.
